How Do We Do It?
We will use our extensive database to search for “OPTIONS” that match your qualifying criteria. We have several Landlords that are credit friendly, pet friendly (maximum 2), and understanding about older evictions and Landlord debts. We cannot guarantee approval and our service is geared towards referring you to the best suitable Landlords that have availability and fit your qualifying criteria. Our database is set up to dictate these options and we will pre-screen you prior to selecting these options.

How Much Is It?
With over 20 years of experience, the Broker and Agents for Amazing Options Realty will offer realty rental options for a $200 fee.  The fee is non-refundable and will be applied to the real estate agent for their time in assisting you.  These options will be chosen for you based on your qualifying criteria.  The $200 fee is in exchange for a referral list of properties that we have determined to be your best options while using our expertise in the rental industry.  Please understand we will ask you several pertinent questions as well as conduct background research on your name to determine eligibility while creating this list.  We will also heavily rely on the information you provide to us to finalize your options.  We ask that you provide this information to the best of your ability with accuracy.

What You Get
We have had years of success in this industry and with recent changes in “out of state” residents moving to the valley and increased requirements to rent an apartment we have been forced to change our model to a fee-based system.  This is a one-time fee and this fee is good for 1 month.  We will send leads that suit you within 3 business days, and continue if new options arise within the 1-month time frame.  Once the 1 month expires, we will need to reassess your situation and charge a new fee, we do not anticipate that this will happen unless you are not prepared to apply for the options given, once we refer to the options.

Is It Guaranteed?
There are no guaranteed results, however, you will have 2 or more to choose from as long as you are not a recipient of eviction within the last year, to which you still owe money.  We cannot assist you if you are a hardened criminal, on probation, in an open bankruptcy or your income is under $2,500 without a guarantor.  You must have proof of income for the household which is over $2,500 gross per month if you do not have a co-signor/guarantor. We can NEVER guarantee that you will be approved, however, we study the market daily, as we have for the last 20 years, and we have thousands of Landlord contacts that are licensed by the state throughout the valley.

You should NOT pay this fee unless and until you are ready to take the next step and APPLY WITH the recommended communities.
